Major tenant Pegasus Industries grabs space in a new McKinney industrial project.
“We are excited to deliver and continue to expand upon a shared vision with our partners at Pegasus Industries with the addition of our fourth and final building at McKinney Trade Center,” Matthew Smith, vice president of ML Realty Partners, said in a statement. “McKinney Trade Center is now a fully occupied, 36-acre master-planned business park.”
Brett Lewis, Adam Graham and Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates negotiated the just completed industrial lease transaction.Blount Fine Foods Corp. and L&S Plumbing Partnership previously leased industrial space in the McKinney Trade Center.Its new McKinney business park is one of the largestDallas-Fort Worth is one of the country’s fastest growing industrial building markets with almost 70 million square feet of construction.
