SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio - New Franklin police are reminding residents they will never call them to solicit payments for outstanding warrants or unpaid fines.
New Franklin police posted the warning on their Facebook page after a woman told officers she was contacted by someone claiming to be a Detective Miller.
