Buying New | The Grove at Dominion Hills features 40 home sites in storied location
The primary bedroom in the Woodward Contemporary model home at the Grove at Dominion Hills in Arlington Va. : 40 home sites, including eight quick move-in homes; seven undeveloped sites available for purchase; one site on deposit; and one model home. The other home sites are not yet available.Cresting one of the largest hills in Arlington, Va., the Grove at Dominion Hills, on Wilson Boulevard, has sites for 40 single-family houses on nine acres.
The quick move-in house designs used at the Grove are called the Helen Modern Farmhouse, the Woodward Modern Farmhouse, the Woodward Fairview and the Woodward Contemporary. The finished lower level has a bedroom, storage space and a recreation room with a wet bar. The upper level has a primary bedroom suite with two walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom. The three other bedrooms on this level have private bathrooms. A laundry room is off the hall.
Available home sites are one fifth to one fourth of an acre and have backyards. The community will also have new infrastructure including streets, curbs and utilities. That’s a rarity in Arlington, said Nimita Shah, D.C. Metro division president of Toll Brothers.
