The Neda official said the PDP was based on the 8-point socioeconomic agenda of the Marcos administration and its primary goal is to achieve “economic and social transformation for a prosperous and resilient society.” “One of the biggest lessons we learned from the pandemic is that we need to transform the way we do things, the way we transact business and in fact, even the way government delivers goods and services,” she said.
“Completed in record time—just six months into President Marcos’ term—the PDP is our plan for economic and social transformation,” Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan said during the second Neda Board meeting, which was also attended by members of the Cabinet at the Malacañan Palace.
