The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) will lead the celebration of the Cultural Communities Week (CCW) 2023 on Monday, July 10. | ManilaBulletin

The theme for this year's celebration is "Mga Laro ng Salinlahi, Saligang Haligi ng Katutubong Lipi ," and it will be livestreamed on NCIP's official Facebook page at 9 a.m.

NCIP Chairperson Allen A. Capuyan said the event shows the vital role of Indigenous peoples games in "preserving tradition and heritage, providing entertainment, promoting good health through physical activity, and fostering social interaction through teamwork.” The NCIP invited the Philippine Sports Commission to highlight their IP games and efforts to keep the event alive and enjoyable.
