According to the NBI, Navarro will undergo a mandatory medical examination, including the taking of an RT-PCR test, in compliance with health protocols. Atty. Maggie Garduque from Navarro’s legal team, however, said the transfer will not be this Wednesday.Asked when Navarro is set to be transferred, Garduque said there is “no definite date” yet.a rape case against Navarro over the alleged rape of model-stylist Deniece Cornejo through “force, threat, and intimidation” in January 2014.
