In Naruto Chapter #483, after Sasuke avenges Danzo, Sakura meets up with Sasuke and tells him that she'll do whatever he says - including betraying Konoha.However, it's soon revealed that Sakura's ultimate plan was to try to kill Sasuke. Indeed, while Sakura was obsessed with Sasuke, she never went as far as betraying her principles for him. Accordingly, it would seem unlikely that she would join the Akatsuki.
