Police Brig. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez, Jr. was named as the new head of the National Capital Region Police Office in another major reshuffle that also affected seven other senior officials of the Philippine National Police .
Nartatez used to be the head of the PNP Finance Service before he was named as director of the Police Regional Office 4A which covers the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon. Arnaldo used to be the head of the Directorate for Human Resources and Doctrine Development, a post that was given to Police Brig. Gen. Ronald Lee.
