The University of Alaska Fairbanks men’s basketball team adds 6-8 forward Elyon Zevenbergen.
FAIRBANKS, Alaska -The addition of 6-8 forward Elyon Zevenbergen has been announced by the University of Alaska Fairbanks men’s basketball team and Coach Ostanik .
The walking double-double, as Coach O calls him, transferred from the Edmonds College Tritons of the Northwest Athletic Conference . Zevenbergen led all Triton scorers in points and rebounds per game during his 2022-23 season with the Tritons. He averaged 16.4 points, 9.5 total rebounds and a block in 23.5 minutes per game. He also posted shooting clips of 56.5% from the field, and 48.6% from beyond the arc.
His stats would see him on the NWAC All-North Region First Team.
