A New Jersey man who was part of a ring that smuggled drugs responsible for dozens of overdose deaths was sentenced Tuesday to more than 10 years in prison, authorities said. Terryn Kelsey, 32, of Atlantic City, was one of nearly two dozen people arrested in connection with the statewide conspiracy, said U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger.
