Mystic Ways Brewing in Perkasie Pennsylvania is serving the Hop Mate, beer poured over hops.
A beer of your choice is served in a tower, you pick the hops you want and pour the beer over the hops as your drink your beer.Beer isn't usually served over hops and sipped through a straw but that's just how Mystic Ways Brewing is serving it."It's basically an herbal drink where you have a little cup, and inside the cup are these leaves from the tea plant. You usually put a straw inside and keep pouring water over it," says co-owner and brewer Joe Winiarski.
