(UPDATE) MURDER charges were filed against Negros Oriental Third District Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr. for the killing of then-Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo and several others, the Department of Justice (DoJ) said on Saturday.

Lloyd Garcia 2nd, Nigel Electona, Angelo Palagtiw and a certain 'Gee Ann.
Clavano said the charges have been filed in Bayawan City but the DoJ is seeking their transfer to Manila.Named respondents in the cases filed in Negros Oriental were a certain Richard Cuadra, Jasper Tanasan, Alex Mayagma, Rolando Pinili and a certain Hannah Mae.
