During the flag raising ceremony at the Muntinlupa City hall on May 8, Muntinlupa Scholarship Division head Clarence Caballero revealed the winners of the search, which is now on its 30th year. They were congratulated by Mayor Ruffy Biazon and the city’s councilors.The Ten Muntinlupa Outstanding Students for 2023 are:• Benedict John R. Caperocho - Muntinlupa Science High School• Paullene Jherzy D. Exconde - Muntinlupa Business High School-Main• Gadwin A.
Each winner will receive a P30,000 scholarship grant per semester in college, medals, plaque, and cash incentive. The winners were chosen based on academic excellence, talent and skills, and contribution to their community.The final ranking of the 10 winners will be revealed in a ceremony on May 11 at the Muntinlupa Sports Complex.
