The FBI arrested Teixeira in Dighton, Massachusetts, on Thursday afternoon without incident. Teixeira, 21, is a cyber transport systems journeyman for the Massachusetts Air National Guard. He joined the service in September 2019 and was stationed at Otis Air National Guard Base. The documents that have been released revealed United States intelligence regarding both sides of the war in Ukraine and uncovered allegedly uncomfortable truths about the U.S.'s relationships with allies, including Israel and South Korea. The Defense Department and allied countries have claimed that some of the documents have been altered.
