A MTA worker shot and critically injured a man during an argument inside a Brooklyn subway station Tuesday night, police sources said.
The staffers — a collection agent and an equipment maintainer — were riding aboard an R train when they got into a verbal fight with the man at the Pacific Street stop. They continued to argue as the train continued to its next stop, Union Street station, and all three exited.
