MPT South eyes CALAX completion by 2024 with resolution of ROW issues READ MORE:
“We are still discussing with the government the right-of-way, because they committed to fully funding the ROW. Within the year, if we are able to get the properties, we can complete it by next year. It really depends on the acquisition of the right-of-way,” MPT South president and general manager Raul Ignacio said.
The DPWH earlier said that the Department of Budget and Management allocated P2 billion for the CALAX ROW this year. The DPWH expects to complete the Silang Interchange by June after it secured an order from a local court in Tagaytay City to implement the writ of possession on the remaining 15,650 square meters of land needed to finish the project.
