Here's how employers can move the needle in corporate fitness paid peerfit

“We set out in 2017 to redefine the wellness industry,” says Buckley, uttering a phrase that’s become the rallying cry for Peerfit. “And while we’ve seen big changes recently, the industry has been ripe for disruption. Employees have become more vocal about what they’re looking for in their wellness benefits.”
“Anybody can provide a flexible fitness membership,” Buckley notes. “Networks aren’t impossible to build, and we know access alone doesn’t drive behavior change.” The answers were peer motivation and connection—“getting your peers connected and giving them a fun fitness experience to share together,” in Buckley’s words.
Peerfit has been a pioneer in making fitness easy to access. The platform’s users are essentially handed a platter of fitness options, fully paid for as part of their health plans’ benefits packages. There’s no conflict between working and taking care of yourself. Rather, those two imperatives come as part of the same bundle.
