The shear line is bringing overcast skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan, Visayas, Surigao del Norte, Dinagat Islands, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Caraga. On the other hand, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with rains brought by the northeast monsoon.Pagasa also maintained its gale warnings over most of the country’s seaboards because of the strong northeast monsoon. Gale warning were still raised over the coasts of the following areas:
