The loans provided to the small and medium enterprises will keep the economy going, according to Montemayor. “We should also build the immunity of the people especially those who are vulnerable, and have comorbidities.” Montemayor said the country’s healthcare system must also give importance to the healthcare workers as they had borne the brunt of the pandemic in the last two years,
