Temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s, and several instances of precipitation, are expected for the week ahead in Harrisburg, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday’s rain clouds are expected to linger into Monday, with skies clearing for Tuesday and Wednesday, the NWS is projecting. Thursday will bring a chance of snow, likely transitioning into rain by Friday, the NWS predicts, with partial sun returning on Saturday. While daytime temperatures are expected to remain above freezing this week, clear skies on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights will drop nighttime temperatures down well into the 20s, according to the NWS.Rain before noon, then rain and snow between noon and 2pm, then a chance of rain after 2pm. High near 41. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33.
