Sheldon's twin sister went through a tumultuous arc last year when she decided to act out to get the attention of her parents. After a near-death experience during the Young Sheldon season 6 finale, she promised George that she would be better — a promise that she mostly kept in the aftermath of the catastrophe.
The Young Sheldon season 7, episode 11 clip features a montage of scenes from the upcoming episode. It includes scenes of Georgie and Mandy with the family having dinner, and George and Mary sharing a hug. In the end, Missy storms out of the living room, leaving her parents stunned. Currently, Georgie and Mandy's Young Sheldon sequel series is officially a go. It would have been the perfect opportunity to make up for its Missy blunder. Unfortunately, as the actor herself revealed, Revord wasn't asked to return. Making a guest appearance is not off the table, but ideally, she should be a series regular. Since the show hasn't started filming, it is still not too late for CBS to change its mind and recruit her.
