Harrisburg Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred on Sunday, Dec. 4. According to police, at about 12:30 a.m., the Harrisburg Police responded to the area of North 3rd and Herr Streets for a report of shots fired. Police tape could be seen wrapped around a nearby light pole.A report of shots fired brought Harrisburg police to a section of Midtown early Sunday morning.

Jonas Hair, director of operations of HMAC , told PennLive on Sunday afternoon that hundreds of people were inside when the shooting occurred. Before the shooting, Hair said there was a crowd that had gathered near the District Bar & Lounge, at 1014 North 3rd Street.
