Like the rest of us, YouTuber Michael Korte was inspired by the release of the live-action adaptation of On Thursday , he uploaded a new mash-up of Bey's smash hit single from the album, "Spirit," and the film's classic, "Circle of Life."
The video, starring vocalist India Carney, arranged Bryson Camper and filmed by Baxter Stapleton, transforms the empowering tune into an equally uplifting piano ballad. The two songs flow effortlessly, and the powerful lyrics coincide seamlessly. "Can You Feel The... Spirit?! It Moves Us All," Korte wrote in the caption. "All Hail The Lion Queen Bey." chart , with 7,000 downloads sold in the week ending July 11, according to Nielsen Music.
