) - Parents of Mobile County Public School System students could be getting a survey soon that touches on a few topics, including corporal punishment.
“I think it’s something we should see our parents and all the people in our community think of that,” Harwell said. “If they know they’re going to potentially get paddled for these things, they’ll stop being disrespectful to a teacher, cursing a teacher,” Hatcher said. “It’s a good way to stop it.”
