A former University of Utah star, Jensen started with the Jazz under Tyrone Corbin’s leadership in 2013 and rose to become former coach Quin Snyder’s top assistant. He remained on current coach Will Hardy’s staff last season, but Hardy opted not to retain Jensen at the end of the regular season.Perhaps most notably during his Utah tenure, Jensen helped develop All-Star center Rudy Gobert into a three-time Defensive Player of the Year honoree.
Jensen, 47, has also been involved with coaching the German national team and in the USA Basketball system.
