Police have arrested Matthew John Perrotta in connection with the May 2022 incident.
Matthew John Perrotta faces charges of drugging a female client.A West Shore massage therapist apparently working on a suspended license was arrested this week on drug charges stemming from allegations that he administered a powerful hallucinogenic to a patient before a May 2022 appointment.
Perrotta was released after posting bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 18 before Magisterial District Judge Christopher Delozier. The victim told police she visited Perrotta’s clinic on May 3, 2022 on a referral from coworkers. Before her massage, the woman said, Perrotta offered her a tobacco pipe containing an unknown substance which he described as “natural” and something he “made himself,” police said.
The victim told police she inhaled from the pipe two times, after which she began hallucinating and lost her ability to get up or move her body.
