The bicameral conference committee, comprised of representatives from both the Senate and the House of Representatives, added some provisions to the revised version of the legislation. The criteria will be aligned with elements of culture, community resources, connection, creativity, and competitive advantage.Villar also stressed the importance of the OTOP bill in empowering small-scale entrepreneurs and stimulating local economies.
