Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) blasted a small Atlanta college for reinstating a mask mandate for the next two weeks and forcing students to adhere to social distancing requirements.
The announcement from Morris Brown College was made Monday and said that masks would be making a comeback at the small Atlanta HBCU, which has a student body of less than 500 students.In response, Greene blasted the school in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, where she said that"Americans have had enough COVID hysteria."Americans have had enough COVID hysteria. Additionally, the college said that large gatherings would not take place and that there would be"no parties or large student events on campus for the next two weeks." "We prioritize your safety and seek your cooperation in preventing another pandemic," college President Kevin James said.
