The Pentagon said Russia has continued to shell Mariupol, Kyiv and other parts of Ukraine, even as a humanitarian ceasefire was declared in the besieged port city.

But Minister German Galushchenko noted that some troops remain at the facility and cautioned that “no one can predict their next steps.
