''The speech is an hour and a half long, lots to look forward to, some unexpected, that's all I'll say,'' he added. The Philippine President will be wearing a Barong Tagalog made by artisans from Quezon, Batangas, and Aklan. Bicol's pride World Championships of Performing Arts 2024 Champion Blessie Mae Alipopo Abagat will sing the National Anthem during the SONA.
