President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. signs Republic Act No. 12066 or the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy Law on Nov. 11, 2024.
But that is a fraction of the $159.67 billion Singapore takes, and Indonesia’s $21.6 billion, while Vietnam’s stands at $18.5 billion. “Through this law, we seek to attract… both domestic and global investments, focussing on strategic industries that will shape our future.”
