BERLIN—President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has ended his working visit to Germany.

The presidential plane carrying Marcos and the entire delegation left Brandenburg International Airport minutes before 5 p.m. . Marcos said his trip has been productive when it comes to economic and political aspect. The delegation was also able to secure at least US$4 billion worth of investments during this trip.

Marcos was also able to discuss the strengthening of maritime cooperation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. The Philippines and Germany are like-minded states when it comes to pushing for rules-based international order. Marcos is headed to the Czech Republic for a state visit.
