WILLIAMSPORT – The man whose body was found near Interstate 80 in Montour County was shot in the chest, according to more details that were revealed Monday.

They dispersed upon the arrival of police, the affidavit states.A female was identified as the main instigator and as officers were attempting to take her into custody, Cagle ran up behind them and attempted to stop the arrest, the affidavit alleges.
