Around 7:40 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2021, police were called to Tudor Court in response to a 911 call regarding a man who had collapsed in the middle of the road, the office said. Officers found Adjourn Randolph, 20, of Little Egg Harbor, with a gunshot wound to the chest. The following day an autopsy was performed and the the medical examiner determined that Randolph’s death was a homicide and that he died from from multiple gunshot wounds, investigators said.
