Deputies responded just before 3 p.m. Sunday to a report of shots fired and a person down in the 5700 block of Dewey Heights Road.A man was found shot to death Sunday afternoon in the driveway of a vacant home in northeast Jefferson County.
They arrived to find the man – whose identity has not yet been released – unresponsive in the driveway. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
