A 29-year-old New Jersey man lured and kidnapped an 11-year-old girl from an Asbury Park street with plans to sexually assault her, but she managed to escape when they stopped at gas station, authorities said Monday. Folk convinced the girl to enter his vehicle as she walked along Ridge Avenue at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, theAfter he drove her to Neptune Township and told her to remove her clothes, the child told Folk she needed to use the bathroom, authorities said. Folk stopped the car at a gas station and the girl ran to flag down a passing driver, the prosecutor’s office said.
