Police in Montgomery County said they have “no leads” after a man was fatally shot in a Silver Spring parking garage Wednesday on his way to meet his family for ice cream. Charles Reynolds, 62, was dropping off leftovers in his vehicle when he was killed.

Reynolds did not return, according to Jones, and was found shot in a garage stairwell. He didn’t appear to have been robbed, Jones said, and his vehicle was still in the garage.
