GomezRamirez killed 49-year-old Luis Cuara in the Dec. 5, 2021, crash, according to Lt. Shane Carringer of the Anaheim Police Department. GomezRamirez was behind the wheel of a Nissan Murano going westbound on Ball Road when he ran a red light at Magnolia just after 1:50 a.m., Carringer said.
