Officers responded about 3 a.m. to the intersection of Crowley and Country Manor roads after receiving a call about a possible domestic disturbance. The officers found the man dead, police said, and said they believe he had been struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.The man was identified as 60-year-old Joseph Dennis Touchstone Jr., according to online Tarrant County medical examiner records.
