According to the criminal complaint, a victim was stabbed multiple times in his lower back and in the back of his head, resulting in life-threatening injuries.However, the victim was able to name the person who stabbed him, a person he knew as "Manuel", according to documents.Officials conducted an interview with Rodriguez-Garza's girlfriend and the victim's wife. According to dockets, both individuals agreed that "Manuel" was Hector Manuel Rodriguez-Garza.
According to documents, the victim's wife also positively identified Rodriguez-Garza as the person who started an altercation and stabbed her husband, the victim.In this interview, according to records, Rodriguez-Garza confirmed that he was involved in the altercation.He is being held at Dauphin County Prison and has been denied bail.
