According to the DA's Office, an arrest has been made in connection with the fatal stabbing of Roger Segal outside of a South Philadelphia Wawa on Valentine's Day.
PHILADELPHIASegal, 49,on South Columbus Boulevard in South Philadelphia on February 14, police say.
Police later responded after a customer reported a man may be sleeping in his car, but when officers arrived on scene, they found Segal stabbed once in the stomach. Police are investigating after a man was found stabbed in his car in a Wawa parking lot. FOX 29's Hank Flynn reports.
