Cortez Nute, 32, faces a murder charge in the death of Chapeera Lee, 29. It is unclear whether he has an attorney.Police said they responded to a crash about 10:30 p.m. Sunday involving two cars after receiving a call that a vehicle struck a tree and telephone pole in the 3700 block of Inwood Road.Lee, the driver of the vehicle that hit multiple objects, was thrown from her car and died there, according to the affidavit.
