Derry Township police have arrested a Harrisburg man on aggravated assault charges in connection with a melee at the Briarcrest Garden Apartments on Tuesday, May 23.A Harrisburg man is being held in Dauphin County Prison on aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and other charges stemming from a Tuesday night melee that ended with his car rammed into a building at Briarcrest Garden Apartments in Derry Township.
Police said Laboy got into a fight with another person in the parking lot of the apartment complex on Tuesday night, near its Caledonia Building. At that point, police said their investigation showed, Laboy got out and pointed a gun at a second person associated with the original victim. As the argument continued, police said, Laboy got a second gun from his vehicle and ran away on foot before police arrived.
