A man who allegedly fired several rounds into the air after being kicked out of a party, and then fired more rounds into the ground at a second location, causing minor injuries to people near him, has been arrested.
<p>MILLCREEK — A 19-year-old man who allegedly fired a gun into the air and ground at multiple locations, causing minor injuries to people nearby, has been arrested.
</p><p>&quot;Officers arrived at the location and found and collected several shell casings found in the middle of the street.
