Friends and family celebrated the life of Teressa Ferguson, an Austin woman police believe was killed in a road rage shooting the night of Sept. 30.
Justin Barend Justice, 28, is accused a shooting and killing Teressa Ferguson in a road rage incident that happened in north Austin on Sept. 30.On Thursday, the unit announced that they arrested 28-year-old Justin Barend Justice, who is believed to be the suspect in the shooting death of 46-year-old" with injuries someone would sustain in a car crash. It was later revealed that Ferguson died from a gunshot wound.

After APD requested assistance, the LSFTF launched a fugitive investigation to locate Justice, discovering that he was known to frequent the north Austin area, where he later fled on foot in the 2800 block of AW Grimes in Round Rock.Justice was taken to the Austin Police Headquarters and has been booked into the Travis County jail. He has been charged with first-degree murder.
