Catherine MarfinA Lone Oak man is behind bars after he arranged to have sex with an undercover officer posing online as a 13-year-old girl.
On June 30, Moad replied to a Craigslist ad posted by the undercover officer, and the two began emailing. The ad said that the girl needed a new phone because hers had been broken by her dad, an arrest-warrant affidavit states. The two texted for several more days, and Moad asked for nude photographs from the girl multiple times. He engaged in several conversations with her about sexual conduct, the affidavit states.
Moad made plans to meet the girl the morning of July 11 and engage in sexual intercourse, the affidavit states.
