A man was arrested Thursday night after two people were stabbed in downtown Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh Public Safety said that police arrived near the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Smithfield Street around 11 p.m. after getting a report of an assault.
Upon arrival, they discovered a man with a deep laceration on his left arm. He was taken to a hospital in stable condition. A second man approached police with a stab wound. He was treated and also taken to a hospital in stable condition. Police said they have arrested a man who is facing several charges, although they did not identify him.
