Shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to the 8500 block of Seafield Lane in response to a call about an unresponsive person, police said. Rowlett is about 20 miles northeast of Dallas. Officers found a woman who had been shot inside a home there, according to police. The woman, identified as Sharon Radebaugh, 78, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Investigators determined that the fatal shooting stemmed from a “previous relationship” the woman was in, police said. Authorities identified Wilson Elliott, 83, of Trinity as the suspect and arrested him about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, according to police.Email Address
