The troubled reality star has lost about 70 pounds over the course of six months in rehab,Doak showed off his slender frame in before-and-after photos, explaining to the outlet that his time away getting clean has helped him turn around his lifestyle.
“They prepare your meals for you, so anyway, it’s on a better eating schedule. I’m not snacking at night,” he said. “I’m obviously not going out and eating fast food, things of that nature.”“That’s the main thing for me,” he said, adding that he’s been eating a lot of tuna and chicken while cutting out pasta and bread.Doak checked into rehab
in September 2021 following a brief hospitalization in Fort Pierce, Fla. He was then referred to a recovery center in South Carolina, where he would have to commit to a minimum 120-day stay but could remain for up to a year. Doak, seen here before weight loss, credited his rehab facility’s prepared meals as the secret to his success.
