Major traffic delays reported at West Loop, Southwest Freeway construction
City streets near the West Loop were very busy with traffic Saturday afternoon as people appeared to be trying toTraffic trackers reported major delays on the highways in all directions as of 6 p.m. There were also major delays on east-west city streets near 610, including Westheimer, San Felipe, Richmond and West Park.
